Drifting on the Fly, LLC

If you are visiting the Alaska in the fall and the weather is right for you Ling cod and halibut fishing can be very good.  Be sure to dress for a colder days of fishing though.  Be prepared for 25 – 50 degrees after mid Sept.

Just because it’s getting a little cold doesn’t mean that there are not some great fishing opportunities on the Kenai peninsula. We had a great day in late Sept. and the best part was that we were the only boat out there!

tight lines and keep halibut and Ling Cod in mind on your next fall trip to Alaska!
